    * "By signing and submitting this application, you agree on behalf of yourself, the member organization and the organization's agents and representatives (hereinafter "member"), to release DBC and it's board of directors from any and all liability that may arise out of Member's participation in DBC member activities and/or benefits. In that regard, Member agrees to waive any claim or cause of action against DBC, and its board of directors, unless the claim or cause of action is attributable to intentional wrong doing on the part of the DBC. Further, Member agrees, to allow DBC to publish member's name on the DBC website and in the DBC magazine in connection with DNC activities and sanctions that may be imposed due to violation of DBC's code of ethics or loss of Texas Parks and Wildlife Commission permit or license."

    "Because the DBC places the highest value on ethical conduct in connection with deer breeding, ranching, feeding, promotion, marketing, sales, and hunting; the DBC limits its membership to those in good standing with the Texas Parks and Wildlife Commission and this organization. In that regard, any member that violates the rules promulgated by the Texas Parks and Wildlife Commission which results in the loss of an industry permit or license may be subject to sanctions by DBC including suspension or loss of membership benefits. Further, any member found to be in violation of DBC's current code of ethics may be subject to sanctions including loss of membership."
